Mezzanine Flooring Installation
The installation of a mezzanine floor within a building has several advantages.

• A mezzanine floor will maximise available and useable floor space whilst utilising the height of a building to its fullest, allowing for extra storage space or office working space.

• The floors have a wide range of column grids to suit the operations on the ground floor and are available with a choice of load ratings, access staircases, handrails, loading gates and decking.

• Building regulations approval is required for all such installations, which we can obtain on the clients behalf and a full "turn-key" package can be provided including all electrical and mechanical services above and below the floor as well as partitioning, carpeting, lifts and small building works.

Raised Flooring Systems Installation
Raised flooring systems are designed to maximise void space, with steel supporting pedestals providing total stability and noise free performance.

• Finished floor heights can vary from standard 60-1200mm, with bespoke options available outside of these ranges.

• Each panel is interchangeable which can prove to be very beneficial if company growth and movement within the same space is anticipated.

• A raised flooring system is especially beneficial within an office environment where power and data can be concealed within the void.

Carpets, tiles and laminates:
A wide variety and range of flooring options is available offering effective and attractive options for all types of commercial locations.

• Within a busy working environment carpet tiles are deemed most suitable being practical, flexible and hard wearing, whilst still providing a pleasant finish.

• Within reception areas or boardrooms we are able to provide comprehensive selection of marble, wood and ceramic flooring, including the option to showcase your company logo or company colours.
